It does this by identifying the key qualities needed for you to perform well, assessing your score on these scales and referencing it against your desired score or goal state. The next step is to explore and select strategies which will lead to the achievement of your goal. This simple yet effective tool will give you an insight into your depth of understanding of your performance requirements, an awareness of your ability and developmental needs, clear goals, and performance development strategies to achieve your goals.
